# GV Capital | A4 Corporate Folder

## Status

Concept 3D model and dieline. Not approved for production. Built independently with procedural geometry. No Pacdora model or dieline was used.

## Proposed dimensions

| Element | Proposed size |
|---|---|
| Front and back panels | 229 × 320 mm each |
| Spine | 6 mm |
| Visualised material thickness | 0.6 mm |
| Inner pocket | 215 × 80 mm |
| Side glue tabs | 10 mm each, to confirm |
| Bottom glue tab | 10 mm, to confirm |
| Bleed | 3 mm proposed, to confirm |
| Insert | A4, 210 × 297 mm |

Prototype dimensions only. Material, lamination, print process and contents may change the spine, creases, pocket and glue tabs.

## Branding

Cover: Emerald `#0A6670`, white logo. Inside: Mist `#E4EEF0`. Pocket: Emerald with a white mark. The supplied GV FINAL.svg contours are unchanged. Lighting affects rendered colour; use the guide palette and SVG as digital references.

The insert shows scale and use, not a final letterhead template. Procedural paper texture is illustrative, not a material specification.

## Interaction

Rotate the model and open the cover from 0° to 165°. The dieline is in a separate tab. Solid lines mark cuts; dashed lines mark folds; colour marks the proposed 3 mm bleed. Downloading the dieline does not make it production-ready.

## Before production

1. Confirm the contents and spine width.
2. Agree paper, thickness, grain and finish.
3. Have the supplier check creases, cuts, glue areas and bleed.
4. Fit the artwork to the approved supplier dieline.
5. Review a colour proof and blank physical mockup.
6. Approve dimensions, folding and capacity.

## Technical API

3D file: `../assets/GV-Capital-Folder-Concept.glb`. Binary glTF 2.0 with embedded textures and an `Open folder` animation. Other 3D apps may render lighting differently. The subtle paper relief uses `EXT_materials_bump`; unsupported apps may omit it while keeping the geometry, logo, colour and base material.

GLB units are metres. The concept SVG gives dimensions in millimetres. Neither file is production approval.

`await GVFolder.create(THREE)` returns `group`, `hinge`, `dimensions`, `setOpen(value)`, `getOpen()` and `dispose()`. `setOpen(0)` closes the cover; `setOpen(1)` opens it to 165°. Units are metres. Front is +Z, up is +Y, left spine is X=-0.1145. Closed size is about 230 × 320 × 7 mm. The cover moves left when opening; frame the current bounding box of the whole model.
